Antique watercolour - Sheep in a country landscape by James Docharty

This is a charming painting by James Docharty 1829-1878, as you can see it depicts sheep in a landscape resting by a tree and figures walking along a country path. The artists has created a great composition that leads the eye across the painting. It is executed in watercolour and measures 18x12 inches and comes unframed. The painting is signed and dates circa 1860s. The condition of the painting is generally good, the only thing to mention is some slight overall time staining but as you can see it does not detract from this great image and in the right frame it will look even better.
