The front facing card is the actual card, and the back is a copy of the back of card, framed.  The paper back of the frame was already removed when i received the item.  I further removed the whole inside to make sure that it had the original card in the frame, by doing that i did have to tear the layering apart, but it isn't noticeable when in the frame, the card was not damaged.

The ornate frame is 10"x12"
