This unit was fully functional when removed from the vehicle.

The Central timing Module or Body Control Module controls many electronic features on the vehicle, including power door locks, automatic door locks, battery protection (will shut off the exterior lights if they are left on for more than 3 minutes), interior and exterior lighting, 4-wheel drive actuation, illuminated entry, instrument panel dimming and other features depending on the vehicle's equipment.

This unit may need to be programmed to your specific vehicle, but please check with your mechanic or dealer to verify if this applies to your vehicle.

This will fit all Dodge Dakota's from 2001 through 2003 using this or a compatible part number, but it is the buyer's responsibility to verify fit and/or part number match before ordering. This may replace or interchange with other part numbers.
