SONY Walkman Cassette Player WM-EX655 Operation confirmed
Description
This is a Sony cassette player. Due to being stored at home, there are some minor scratches on the surface. The following maintenance has been performed to ensure proper cassette playback:
* Replaced with a high-quality rubber belt
* Cleaned the head and pinch roller
* Applied contact cleaner to the contact points
* Cleaned the circuit board
* Cleaned the gears and internal components
Although maintenance has been performed, the gumstick battery could not be used due to rust on the metal contacts. Playback, fast forward, and rewind functions were confirmed using a dry cell battery case. There are no significant sound fluctuations, and music should play normally.
Please note that dry cell batteries are required for use.
