Please note: once a part has been fitted to a vehicle, we cannot accept it back for a refund.

Damage on Delivery

Please note: we are not responsible for any items that have been signed for as received in good condition if damage is then reported after 24 hours. This is especially important for body panels. Please check the item on delivery with the driver. If any damage is found, return it with the driver immediately. Once accepted, we are not liable for damage discovered later and the return becomes your responsibility.

Delivery Times

Our standard 'Other 48 Hour Courier' service takes 2-3 working days. Our express 'Other 24 Hour' service takes 1 working day. These delivery times apply to Mainland UK only.

Non-Mainland UK Addresses

Non-mainland UK includes the following: Highlands, Ireland, Channel Islands, Jersey, Isle of Wight, BFPO.

Warranty

Important Warranty Information

Warranty is only valid if the item is fitted by a fully qualified mechanic. We will require a letter from the mechanic on business letterhead as proof.

A full report is needed detailing how the part has been diagnosed as faulty. Without this documentation, we are unable to process any warranty claims.

Warranty Conditions

The length of warranty varies depending on the item but is 12 months unless stated otherwise. All warranties begin from the date of purchase, so please keep your proof of purchase safe.

There is no warranty on items that have been fitted incorrectly, and we do not accept claims for labour costs on faulty goods that are returned.

No warranty claims can be accepted for parts fitted by non-qualified persons.

Returns and Inspection

Please use a trackable return service and keep the receipt.

Our warranty covers replacement of a faulty item only, not a refund. Refunds cannot be issued after 14 days from the purchase date, and we may request the item be returned for inspection.

Warranty Limitations

Our warranty is limited to the product itself and does not cover labour, fitting costs, inconvenience, car hire, breakdown charges, or any other associated damage.
