This imperial caviar comes from a particularly ripe aquaculture sturgeon. The core diameter is between 2 and 3.5 mm. The color of the grains is light brown to gold. Imperial caviar, with its delicately nutty taste, is highly valued by top restaurateurs in our country.

When selecting our goods, we set the highest quality standards. 
We only deliver caviar that we have personally selected and guarantee compliance with the cold chain rule (storage at +/-3°C) from catch to consumption. 

durability

The goods we deliver have a minimum shelf life of two to three months from the delivery date. Opened doses should be consumed within a few days

Shipping information

Depending on your wishes, we deliver in slip-lid or vacuum gold cans.

Shipping takes place in optimally cooled packaging via DHL (free of charge)

There is no shipping on Friday and Saturday.
