Diamond Albino caviar is one of the rarest delicacies in the world! This white gold, fresh Diamond Almas caviar from Amur sturgeon comes from a small production facility. 
The color alone is enchanting, on the palate the caviar is nutty and has relatively firm, large grains.

This exclusive caviar used to be reserved only for tsars and Persian kings, but breeding made it that way more expensive Caviar now affordable for more people.  

This delicacy is not pasteurized and of course not colored.


As a licensed company with packaging approval (DE-R03), we have been active in the caviar market for over 25 years. When selecting our goods, we set the highest quality standards. We only deliver fresh caviar and guarantee compliance with the cold chain rule (storage at +/-3°C) from catch to consumption.

Durability:

The goods we deliver have a minimum shelf life of two to three months from the delivery date. Opened doses should be consumed within a few days.

Shipping information

Depending on your wishes, we deliver in slip-lid or vacuum gold cans.

Shipping takes place in optimally cooled packaging via DHL (free of charge)

There is no shipping on Friday and Saturday.
