Just a lovely North Face 700 down puffer with a secret.  It has it's own built in stuff sack making it so much more storable and packable.

It's in great shape, no holes, rips or tears.   The zippers are in good working order.   The loft of the down is very strong. There is a very hard to see slight discoloration on the right side chest next to the zipper, as pictured.

The size label shows Small, but here are the measurements :

shoulder to shoulder - 15"

armpit to armpit - 18"

armpit to end of the sleeve - 20"

back of the neck to bottom of hem - 22.5"
