This mysterious tiger's tush tag has been trimmed off, so his brand is unknown.  We've searched solds back more than a decade, but no success in identifying him. 

He clearly enjoys being the mysterious, silent type, with a twinkle in his blue-rimmed eyes.

Brands we've searched specifically:  

Animal Alley ToysRUs, Kids Preferred, FAO Schwarz, Aurora, Douglas, Save Our Space Leosco SOS, Wild Republic, K&M, etc. Some of these brands have similar creatures in different sizes or with feature variations, but no identical. 

The Kids Preferred tags are closest to his tag remnant, but his nose and 16" size don't match.

Good used, vintage condition, with soft, thick fur. Please review all photos.  16" including tail.

Rare, retired.  Perhaps a prototype?
