New and sealed BUT THERE IS A SLIGHT TEAR/RUN IN THE PLASTIC SHRINK WRAP, ABOVE WHERE IT SAYS "10-PACK" IN YELLOW SEE PHOTOS 12-14 AND THERE IS A SLIGHT TEAR IN THE PLASTIC SHRINK WRAP AROUND ONE OF THE TWO CLIPS ON THE CAN'S LID (see photos 15-18 compared with the other side in photos 19-23).
