Packages that can be delivered by UPS, USPS, FEDEX we ship up to 5 business days, /day of order not included. Many our items have FREE shipping.

When shipping charge is not listed as free, charges will be calculated by the product's weight and item dimensions and your shipping zip code. Most of our orders will ship in 3 business day. Please note that while the delivery date shown is accurate it is provided by eBay and doesn't always take weekends and holidays into account.

RETURNS

Items purchased from our eBay store may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. All returns will require prior authorization and you will be issued a return number (RMA). This return number will need to be written on the outside of the package you use to ship the products back to us. The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). 

All products returned must be in good condition with original packaging. Under no circumstances can we take back an item that has been used. Your refund will be issued within 3 days of receiving your package and after undergoing an inspection. The return policy for used equipment is case by case and will be specified on each individual listing

and we will make it right. Sometimes things get broken or don't show up on time, we understand this is frustrating and will do everything we can to get the problem resolved as fast as possible. The best way to contact us is through eBay's messaging system. We will respond within a couple of hours during normal business hours and provide a contact phone number if the problem is complex and we need to talk.
