WHAT IS COVERED:
This limited warranty covers the following services at no additional cost to the customer:
● Professional Polishing - Restoration of the watch case and bracelet to maintain its appearance and finish.
● Routine Servicing - Basic mechanical servicing to ensure the watch movement continues to function properly under normal operating conditions.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED:
This warranty does not cover any damage or issues resulting from, but not limited to:
● Water Damage - Any damage caused by exposure to water, moisture, humidity, or submersion, regardless of the watch's original water-resistance rating.
● Physical/Impact Damage - Cracks, scratches, dents, or breakage caused by drops, impacts, or mishandling by the customer.
● Consumer Negligence - Any damage resulting from improper use, unauthorized repairs, or modifications made by the customer or a third party.
● Accidental Damage - Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or abuse of the watch.
● Worn or Damaged Crown/Seals - Deterioration of gaskets or seals due to customer use.
● Cosmetic Wear - Normal wear and tear, scratches, or aging of straps/bracelets due to everyday use.
● Lost or Stolen Watches - This warranty does not cover theft or loss of the timepiece.
WARRANTY CONDITIONS
● The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
● Proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) must be presented to claim warranty service.
● Any unauthorized repair or tampering with the watch will immediately void this warranty.
● This warranty covers parts and labor only for the services listed above.
