Happiness Guarantee
YOUR HAPPINESS GUARANTEED OR YOUR MONEY BACK! If you have any problem with your purchase please contact us BEFORE leaving Neutral/Negative feedback. We will happily refund goods that are faulty/unsatisfactory WITHOUT the need to return them.

Mail Order Service
We offer UK Postage on most of our items. We use Royal Mail Packet Post which is usually next day delivery but can be up to 5 working days. We offer Express Courier as an option but we DO NOT guarantee next day delivery. Nor do we guarantee delivery by a certain day or date. Neither we, nor eBay are directly involved in the delivery of goods, therefore any guarantee is simply impossible. We despatch immediately but we have no control over the speed of deliveries.
