This is a used, aftermarket (third-party) OLED display assembly for the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra.

OLED Display Panel: DEFECTIVE / FLICKERING. The screen turns on, but it suffers from visible flickering/blinking. (Please review photos/video to see the severity). Color accuracy or brightness may be inconsistent due to the aftermarket nature and the defect.
Glass: Cracked. The front outer glass is physically cracked. Please inspect the photos to see the exact crack patterns.
Touch Digitizer: Fully Functional. Despite the cracks and the flickering display, the touch functionality was tested and responds accurately across the entire surface of the screen.

Because it is aftermarket and flickering, features like the in-screen fingerprint sensor or S-Pen responsiveness cannot be guaranteed to function properly and should be assumed non-working.
