Details:

Brick Mold
The H4-hole mold is adopted to make 4 standard hollow bricks, greatly improving the brick making efficiency, saving time and labor and meeting batch production demand. The brick mold adopts circular corner transition and precise clearance design and is low in demoulding resistance.

Vibrating Motors
The vibrating motors are matched with the upper and lower molds to achieve high-frequency stable vibration, improve the brick compactness and dimensional precision and ensure smooth mold release. The motors are resistant to impact and wear and have higher adaptability.

Control Handle

Operation Method:

1. Connect the machine to the 220V power supply with reliable grounding.
2. Put the brick-making materials into the brick-making mold.
3. Turn on the control switches to start the vibrating motors and conduct brick molding.
4. Turn off the control switches to stop the vibrating motors, and press the demolding rod to conduct demolding operation.
5. Complete brick making operation, and clean the machine thoroughly.

Precaution:
