The Samsung DC31-00075C is a genuine OEM washer rotor assembly used in select Samsung high-efficiency, front-load, and inverter direct-drive washing machines.

The rotor is the moving magnetic part of the BLDC (brushless DC) motor. It is attached directly to the washer drum shaft. When the stator (coil part) generates a rotating magnetic field, the rotor follows that field and spins—this is what physically turns the washer drum during wash, rinse, and spin cycles.

In simple terms, the DC31-00075C is the spinning component that works with the stator to rotate the drum. Without a working rotor, the washer may fail to spin or may show motor-related errors.
