Incredibly rare game used Reebok patch relic card here from the beautiful National Treasures product.  Great addition for BLEDSOE collectors and RARE PATCH collectors.  Super difficult card to find - only 9 exist and this is #1, the first one ever produced.  Images of the exact card you receive are posted - please note this card is in POOR condition showing signs of WATER DAMAGE - as you can see there is horizontal WATER DAMAGE lines across the card; if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to write and ask.
