1960 Chevrolet entered 4 Corvettes in the The Le Mans 24 hour race. The number 2 Corvette was driven by Dick Thompson and Fred Winfridge and ran in the top 10 most of the time. Late in the race they had  mechanical problems and did not finish. Car #3 did the best by winning GT 5. liter class and 7th overall. The car was driven by John Fitch and Bob Grossman. RAR diecast did a nice job on these model in 1:18 scale. Good condition in the original box this 9 inch long race car is a collectors priority as only 500 were made of each number1,2,3. The #4 did second best at 10th overall but is not offered in the market. The  #1 Crashed and flipped in the rain portion or the race with no injuries. SHIPS FAST AND FREE IN US.
