Vintage 12 light Christmas tree topper in the shape of a wreath
The lights work!
The wreath has green-colored tinsel. The 10 lights around the wreath are different colors including yellow, red, green, pink, and blue. 
It has the hole at the top for hanging as well as a plastic cone-like piece that can be added to the bottom to put it on the top of the Christmas tree.
The wreath is approximately 8-1/4" in diameter. The cone-like piece is 2-3/4" long and adds approximately 2-1/4" to the height of the wreath. The electrical cord is over 5 feet long.
Please note that the cord does not have a polarized plug. Use at your own risk.
The wreath was made in Taiwain, most likely in the 1980s, and was sold at Woolworth.
It comes with its original box. You will receive the corded wreath and the cone-like piece in the original box. There are no spare bulbs.
The wreath has light signs of wear. A couple of the plastic starbursts that are around the lights have one or two of their tips broken. This issue is not noticeable unless you examine the lights closely. The box shows wear.
