This is a good antique clear blown glass apothecary jar complete with it’s tin lid, circa 1820 to 1850s, or so, and New England in origin. It is 8 1/4” tall with a 5 3/8” diameter base. It has an open pontil on the bottom with a very high arched kick up, as pictured. The cover has good antique color, and the glass is clear and bright. The only damage is a very small flake to the outside of the rim, which is totally covered with the lid on. These have always been desirable, and this one has exceptional form. It was just found in New England. Shipping is $10.00 Priority mail. There is a 30 day money back inspection period, and email for more information. Thank you.
