This is a newly slabbed CGC 9.4 graded Tomb of Darkness #18 with Off-White to White Pages from 1976. This book is super rare in higher grades, with only 3 copies being graded higher on the CGC population report!

***NOTE: This book has a clean, brand new case--the white spots in the listing scans are artifacts from CGC's scanner and are not present on the case itself. I'm happy to provide new photos upon request, just let me know!***
