Widely regarded as one of the more elusive late-1990s prospect insert issues, the Best Premium Preview set was produced in extremely limited quantities and this example is individually hand-numbered to just /200 copies.

Unlike Halladay’s more commonly encountered mainstream rookie cards, this issue originates from a niche premium insert release from the height of the 1990s.
