This is for a lot of 40. I listed as new as not used for living. These were installed in model home. When sold the buyer wanted a different style. These were installed, but never actually used. Only some of them were actually installed. Any imperfections would be the way customer would open up a cabinet to look at it or may need a little cleaning from being stored.
