1. Payment Rules

Please complete payment within 48 hours after placing the order. Unpaid orders will be automatically canceled by the system to avoid inventory occupation. If you need delayed payment, please contact us via eBay message in advance.

2. Item Condition & Description

All items are described truthfully. Pictures are taken in kind, for reference only. Slight color difference may exist due to different monitors, light and shooting angles, which will not be regarded as quality problems.

For used/second-hand items, all known flaws, scratches and functional conditions will be clearly stated in the listing. Buyers agree to accept the item condition by placing an order.

3. Shipping & Delivery / 发货与物流

Processing Time: We will arrange shipment within 1-3 working days after confirmed payment (excluding weekends and local public holidays).

Delivery Time: International shipping takes 7-30 working days, depending on destination country, customs clearance and logistics efficiency. Remote areas will take longer.

4. Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility: We support returns within 30 days after item delivery. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, intact, with original packaging and accessories complete.

Non-Refundable Situation: No refund for damaged, worn, artificially damaged items or missing accessories due to buyer’s personal reasons. Shipping fees for returns are borne by the buyer unless the item has quality problems or wrong delivery on our side.

For quality problems or wrong items, please provide clear photos/videos within 48 hours after receiving the goods. We will verify and arrange refund, replacement or partial compensation as soon as possible.

5. Dispute & After-sales Service

Please contact us first via eBay message for any problems (item defect, logistics exception, missing parts, etc.). We will respond and provide a solution within 24 hours. Please do not open disputes or leave negative feedback arbitrarily.
