TOHNICHI PHL100N Pipe-Wrench-Head Torque Wrench | 20–100 N·m | Preset Type | ±5% Accuracy
Overview
The TOHNICHI PHL100N is a signal (click) -type torque wrench with a pipe-wrench (pipe-grip) head, ideal for piping work and tightening deformed/threaded reinforcing bar. It enables accurate torque control and installation on round pipes that cannot be gripped by a normal socket wrench—such as gas and water pipes—and on deformed reinforcing bar.
When the torque value preset on the body's scale is reached, the internal toggle mechanism activates and signals completion with a light "click" sound and a tactile shock to the hand. This prevents over- or under-tightening and ensures uniform installation quality.
