The Case Study Aspen Drive is an incredibly versatile boutique drive pedal based on the legendary Expandora style circuit, known for its massive range of tones spanning gritty boost, overdrive, distortion, and full blown fuzz. Inspired by the classic Bixonic Expandora platform but heavily refined, the Aspen delivers rich harmonic character, huge sustain, and an aggressive yet musical response that feels alive under the fingers. Whether pushing an amp into breakup or delivering saturated fuzz textures, the Aspen maintains clarity, punch, and articulation throughout its gain range.
