The Panama Canal 75th Anniversary Folio from the Postal Commemorative Society with letter from the PCS explaining the "changes" to the folio. The folio measures approximately 13.5 inches by 10.5 inches. Some light scuffing to the cover mostly seen under the top right header. Hard to see depending on the angle the light is hitting it.
