Model Selection and Specifications
Available models: Aluminum base: SSR-20WA-R (0.75 kW), SSR-40WA-R (1.5 kW); Copper base: SSR-60WA-R (2.2 kW), SSR-100A-R (4 kW), SSR-150WA-R (6 kW), SSR-200A-R (8 kW). When the start potentiometer is set to the halfway mark, the starting voltage is 200 V. The maximum soft-start time of 30 seconds corresponds to a full voltage of 380 V. For example: When fully turned to the minimum setting: Starting voltage 0V, soft start 0 seconds (0 seconds not recommended). 220V power supply: When fully turned to the halfway position, starting voltage is 55V, soft start time is approximately 22 seconds. 380V power supply: When fully turned to the halfway position, starting voltage is 95V, soft start time approx. 22 seconds. 220V power supply: When fully turned to maximum, it takes 15 seconds for the starting voltage to rise from 110V to 220V. 380V power supply: When fully turned to maximum, it takes 15 seconds for the starting voltage to rise from 190V to 380V. Recommended selection margin: For 2.2 kW, use SSR-60WA-R.
