60-Day Returns Policy
We offer a 60-day returns policy for unused items in original condition. Buyer pays return postage (except for faulty items).
Important: Before hanging, please check all panels match in size and colour. Once any part of the mural is hung, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
Dispatch: Orders placed Monday–Friday before 1pm are usually dispatched the same day via DHL or equivalent courier.
