Shipping and Returns
We ship all items within 24 hours of verified payment and in most cases the same day as when ordered. If you need expedited overnight shipping or have any international shipping questions, please contact us through eBay messaging and we would be glad to help.
If there are any problems with your order once it arrives please know that we would be glad to help you, but you must contact us within 30 days of delivery or we will no longer be able to assist you. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos and we will make it right.
Please note that items can only be returned if they are in the same condition as when originally sent. Items cannot be returned for refund if they are used, changed, modified, or altered prior to return. We record all serial numbers of the parts we ship out so the item returned must be the same serial number or a refund will not be issued. If the part had an original box, it will need to be included in the return and shipped with the outer box it came in to protect it.
We are unable to offer any warranty on our products. We are not an authorized dealer or distributor of any specific brand or manufacturer, therefore original manufacturer warranties do not apply. All items should be tested, inspected, installed, and operated by a knowledgeable qualified professional once received.
