Assembly and Product Details
All 1:400 and 1:200 scale models may require assembly of parts such as gear, wings, stabilizers, and engines. If you are not comfortable using bonding agents like glue or epoxy, we recommend not purchasing these items. Models come in their original boxes, which may show shelf wear; please note that boxes are intended to protect the model and are not considered defective if worn. All photos provided are stock images.

Shipping and Combined Orders
Shipping rates are calculated automatically by eBay based on weight and destination. To view all available shipping options, please use the eBay shipping calculator. We do offer combined shipping discounts, but you must wait for a combined invoice before paying. We cannot offer retroactive shipping refunds or combine orders for accounts set to one hour auto-pay.

Defective Items and Returns
An item is only considered defective if the paint is damaged. If a part comes loose during transit, it can typically be reinstalled. If the part can be reinstalled and there is no paint damage, the item is not defective. To report a defect, please provide photos via eBay or email. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may open a return request. You are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items, and only the item cost will be refunded.

Payment Policy
Payments are due within 72 hours of the auction's close. If you need more time, please contact us prior to the end of the auction. We allow combining items for up to two consecutive weeks of auctions, but no longer.
