Overall in used vintage condition. Both pieces do have heavier signs of use and imperfections. Including discoloration, patina and pitting in the finish. The larger one has worn finish mostly in sides of ratchet head and in grip area. The smaller one has patches of deeper pitting throughout.
Overall in good mechanical shape given age. They both Ratchet in both directions without any major performance issues noted. Should be in usable condition, however, they are vintage tools so might not perform perfectly in all situations. As mentioned above, one of the back plate screws on the smaller ratchet is stripped out both threads and head. But it doesn’t seem to have any significant impact on performance.
