I don't know much about this as I got it off a vacuum in a garage clean out.  Used OEM Shark Navigator Vacuum Handle Hose Assembly Purple as shown.  Based on other listings, this should work on NV350, NV351, or NV352.  It is used (i.e. scuffs, dusty, dirt, grime, etc), but has plenty of life left with a good cleaning.  Please see the pictures as they are part of the description.  Again, check to make sure that this will fit your application (plumbing, etc).  What you see is what you get.  Look the pictures over and judge for yourself!
