This is a heavy cast iron hanging architectural piece with painted roses. I had this hanging from wire and decorative cording in my bedroom window for 20 plus years. It is charming and quite lovely in a window. It could be hung on your wall or used in your garden.
One side is plain cream roses and one side is painted roses.
