AnnaBog is currently using UPS (United Parcel Service) and USPS (United States postal Service) as our main shipping options. Please choose a preferred shipping method during checkout. Shipping costs are determined by your order total. Certain items bear a shipping surcharge based on size and/weight. Follow our Shipping Guide to select the most convenient shipping method for your order’s delivery.

We guarantee that each order placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time will be shipped the same day. Once your order had been shipped, you will receive an email with confirmation and tracking number when provided. After you receive a notification email, no changes can be made to the order.

If you are planning to place a heavyweight/oversize order, please contact us via ebay message providing a copy of your shopping cart or a list of SKU numbers and the quantity of the desired items. AnnaBog will do a discount shipping quote for you. UPS won’t be able to determine correct shipping rates for a heavyweight/oversize orders.

To avoid any losses or damages in the mail, insurance is strongly recommended!

You are not 100% satisfied with an item you received? Whatever the reason is, you won't be stuck with an item you cannot use or you do not want.

You may return your purchase for ANY REASON within 60 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price excluding our shipping. Our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return the products our actual outbound shipping costs will still be deducted from your return refund.

If a product arrives damaged, or we made a shipping error, we will pay to return the item to us and send a replacement to you. If you decide you do not want a replacement, the item can be returned under our standard return policy.
