This is a hard-to-find Gekko Rev-N-Rumbler Gekko-Mobile vehicle from the very popular kids show PJ Masks!  The yellow pull tab should be pulled to try the "Shake" feature.  Rev the engine by placing toy on floor and pulling back while keeping wheels on floor and then letting it go for race action!
