The dress is just an altered sheet. I think it could fit up to an XL but see measurements to make sure it will work for you. There is few stains on it as seen in pics. Length 56", pit to pit 35", arm hole opening 10.5"

Nose needs new elastic (easy to change out). Has pink gloves, but they're stained even after washing so I suggest you get another pair. I'll include them anyway.
