CONDITION:
Visible fold lines run across the sheet, consistent with storage and handling. Creasing, light surface wear and small age-related marks are present, with small tears and minor holes at some fold intersections where the paper has weakened. Light discolouration, toning and scattered marks are visible, particularly to the reverse, and the edges show slight wear. The blackletter inscription and decorative border remain clear and legible with strong contrast. The sheet remains substantially intact overall.
