I try to list any unusual damage issues, but do not generally note issues that can be seen in the scans - like writing, ink (or other) stains, creases, stamps, dog-ears, faded/yellowed paper, browning, staple holes (or more likely, pin holes), etc. The scanner can sometimes show more or less yellowing than the actual document.
