This is rear bike rack and saddle bag combination package deal. The bike rack is adjustable with an Allen wrench and the bike rack clips onto the seat bar. The pack has four Velcro straps to attach to the rack.
The bag is 13x6x6 and has three zipper pockets. The bag is waterproof. It's easy to take off if you want to lock-up your bike and take the bag with you.
