Scarce Patek Philippe Spaulding & Co Chicago 43.5MM 20J Open Face Pendant Set Nickel Movement.  Enamel single sunk dial with no chips or hairlines.  Very nice bright nickel movement but not running has broken staff and comes with stem and crown.
