Please note while item is in working condition, when tested with a McIntosh tuner/preamp/amplifier, there was some static when adjusting the volume on the McIntosh preamplifier. I don't know if the static is coming from the preamp or the speaker. Buyers should be prepared to have it professionally service to get optimal sound quality. Starting price has been adjusted to account for the need to have it professionally serviced. (Please see the accompanying video, I tried to capture a sample of the static as best as I could).
