This is a large heart pendant with internal koru engraving, carved from a very beautiful piece of New Zealand Obay Stone/ Golden Bay Stone.

Obay Stone, also known as Golden Bay Polychrome Schist, is comprised of a mixture of Kyanite (blue), Fuchsite (green) and oxidised minerals in a polychrome schist base. It contains some of the same minerals as South Westland Aotea stone but comes from the Golden Bay region, the top of the South Island, NZ. 
Because of the different compositions of the stone no two pieces will ever be the same, making each piece unique and different.
Spiritually, the Obay Stone helps release negative energy, amplify spiritual growth, and provide grounding support. It aligns us with strength, resilience, and a deeper sense of purpose. 


We are jade enthusiasts who love collecting one of a kind pieces of jade from all over the world and bringing out the best in them. We do this as a hobby besides our busy lives. We source stones directly from local dealers where the stones come from (the West Coast of the South Island of New Zealand, Guatamala, USA, Canada, Turkey, Siberia…)  and carve them/have them carved into our favourite pieces. Our stones are guaranteed to be 100% natural and untreated and only of high quality. We don’t use cheap and low-quality stones with cracks and fractures (unless they are intended to add character to the pieces) as they are not worth our effort. Also, we believe that a jade treasure should be made as flawless and perfect as possible. All of our products are hand carved from the stones we collect; no industrial process is involved, and we only sell what we love! 

We do not resell any items via our shop.

Shipping:

For our peace of mind, all items will be sent via Royal Mail on a 'tracked and signed for' service and a tracking number will be provided, regardless of order values.

Returns:

We accept returns if the items are defective or damaged and the defect or damage is not shown in the photographs or mentioned in the item description. Please contact us immediately upon receipt of damaged goods. The damaged item must be returned within 7 days of receiving it.

We may not be able to accept any cancellation, refund, exchange of products due to customer's change of mind once payment is accepted. However, we try to provide as accurate photographs as possible, so please examine them carefully. All our photography is taken both under natural light and under an LED light of a photo box with an iPhone camera to show colour variation under different types of lighting. The photographs you see is the item you will receive when you order, we do not use stock photographs.  Please allow an alteration of colour by a shade or two in the photography compared to when you receive the product.
