However, based on the visual characteristics of this 1972 Topps Rollie Fingers #241 card, here is an assessment:
Estimated Condition: EX-MT 6 to NM 7
This card appears to be in strong vintage condition with good "eye appeal." Its final grade from a service like PSA or SGC would likely fall in the mid-to-high range:
  • Centering: The centering is reasonably good but appears slightly shifted toward the bottom and left borders. For a NM 7, centering must typically be 75/25 or better on the front.
  • Corners: The corners look relatively sharp for a card from 1972, though they may show slight "touches" or minor rounding upon closer inspection, which would push it toward an EX-MT 6.
  • Edges: The edges appear smooth, but 1972 Topps are known for "rough cuts" from the factory. While some collectors dislike this, many grading companies like PSA do not downgrade for factory rough cuts.

Please see the scan of the card for actual condition.  All cards are NOT gem mint unless graded as such but well taken care of.  I am listing a group of older cards and MAY have a flaw or more issues.  These could include edge issues, corner dings, Corner Feathering, Wrinkles, surface imperfections, scratches, indentations, Etc!  I have scanned the cards so you can see for yourself the actual condition.  Nothing here is hidden.  These cards range from VG to near mint, but as we all know grading is very subjective so please bid accordingly.  I will try to point out any flaws that are not evident on the scan like creases or indentations that I see.  If the card might grade less than VG I will try to explain what I see.
