All parts are security marked and will be thoroughly inspected upon return. Refunds will only be issued for items returned in their original condition, as shown in the listing, and bearing our identification marks.

If an item is damaged during shipping, you must provide clear evidence (photos of the damage and the shipping label) so we can raise a claim with the carrier.

If a return is made due to purchasing the wrong part, change of mind, incompatibility, or no longer needing the item, a 20% handling fee will be deducted from the refund.
