Original 1957 Joe Weider bodybuilding / muscle building correspondence course. Complete 7 lesson set with original outer folder and additional course material as shown. A great piece of mid-century physical culture, bodybuilding and vintage fitness ephemera.

Condition is age-related and used. The original 7 lesson set is complete and has no handwritten notes or writing on the original lesson papers. Outer folder is heavily worn and torn with creasing, edge losses, splitting, staining and general age wear. The lessons themselves show age toning, fold lines, handling wear and some edge/corner wear consistent with vintage paper ephemera, but remain a very displayable and collectible complete set.
