We use standard shipping for domestic sales but will upgrade to USPS 2-DAY PRIORITY on request. Please make this request PRIOR to paying for the item. We conserve and will reuse shipping boxes whenever possible.  They will be clean and they will be appropriate.

We offer a 30 day return policy for all items EXCEPT items listed as NEW.

We will issue a refund upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
