Please note $.99 cards can be sent for $1.32 shipping cost, Card(s) will ship in a plain white envelope. If a PWE card does not arrive, we are not offering a refund. Refunds would need to be obtained from eBay. 

If an auction ends over $20.00 and was offered shipping of a plain white envelope, shipping must be upgraded to USPS Ground Advantage. eBay will not allow a PWE for items over $20.00.
