This listing is for the hardcover book as shown.  It is a third edition, second revision that has over 730 pages in it, the first 463 pages are the main portion of the book and the last 264 pages are numbered seperately as the supplement with additional info.  The book itself is in very nice condition.  The dust jacket is in acceptable but repaired condition with tape and a few tiny tears, missing edges and scratches.  Check out all the pics for more detail.  Please be sure this is what you want or need as I do not accept returns.  Thanks for looking.
