What You Get 📦

This set consists of 99 pieces, pre‑assembled into 33 supports.
Each support is finished in a matte grey to match the NYC Elevated Train aesthetic and blend nicely with standard LEGO® track colours.

Other colours are available on request — including glitter red or Snow White versions for the various Christmas Train sets 🎄

Why These Supports Are Different 🔧✨

During testing (with the help of an enthusiastic 8‑year‑old 👦), we found that most other supports fail in two key areas:

Smooth incline transitions – many require rubber rings or extra parts to avoid jolts.
Insufficient height – most cannot allow a second train to run underneath.

This set solves both problems.
It is the only support system offering:

13 different heights (roughly equivalent to that many standard LEGO® bricks)
Extra‑wide supports for curved sections
Smooth incline transitions without extra parts
Clearance for long passenger trains underneath 🚄

Photos show final production‑quality pieces. The finished versions are significantly cleaner than our prototypes — it just took a very expensive printer to get them there 💼🖨️.

Design, Engineering & Production 🛠️🧪

This set focuses on design and aesthetics, not speed of production.
Each set takes around 48 hours to produce, so these are made to order and shipped in payment order.

The design process involved:

Hundreds of hours of research
Extensive 3D modelling
Over 20kg of prototype plastic
Multiple iterations to achieve correct clutch power
Precision tuning for high‑quality PLA printing
Zero‑support printing for cleaner surfaces
Real‑world testing with genuine LEGO® track

Every piece is engineered to fit neatly with LEGO® train track and to print cleanly on high‑end 3D printers. Achieving the correct stud fit alone took six attempts due to variations in printers, software, and filament 🎯.

9 extra‑wide (12‑stud) detailed girder cross‑supports for curved track
- Essential for long trains passing underneath without collision
24 incline supports (2 each of 12 different heights)
- Each with tiltable cross‑supports for smooth incline transitions
- Narrow 8‑stud cross‑supports where clearance isn’t required
- 12‑stud versions available on request

This set is suitable for a half‑circle elevated layout with long inclines up and down, as shown in the photos and video.

Each support and cross‑member allows you to add your own LEGO® pieces if desired.
Cross‑supports snap firmly to standard track and tilt smoothly to match incline angles (approx. 3 degrees) 🎚️.

All parts are shipped in a padded box to prevent damage in transit.

Caveats ⚠️

These are high‑quality 3D printed PLA parts. While strong, they are not as tough as LEGO® ABS bricks — please treat with care (don’t stand on them) 🚫👣.

3D printed parts are not moulded, so minor surface imperfections are normal. We use only high‑end printers to ensure the best possible finish on outward‑facing surfaces.
